Defragmentation has been quite a journey! I love that we have continued to receive not only the access to the files in the Defrag group and in the app, but also with the monthly group calls. This has been essential for me, I don’t think I would have been able to get as much out of it if I hadn’t been able to ask questions at times and participate in the conversations. It takes me time to integrate things and I’ve been so appreciative of how patient Ty has been with me.
Since taking part in the defrag exercises I’m far more trusting of my own guidance and intuition. When I do get a bit lost or off track, or as Ty calls it ’spinning’, I come out of that much more quickly than I used to. I’m more self aware of when unhelpful behaviour or thought patterns creep in, I can step away a bit more rather than find myself in the middle of the problem without warning.
I’ve also noticed my creativity as a whole has increased, I like to think all of this is allowing more of my own magic to come through. I’ve even recently started writing piano music!

I was very grateful to be part of the Defragmentation container co-created by Ty and the Divine.
At first I did not think that I had any of these programs running through me but as I worked through this program I realized that I had more of these limiting constricting programs running in my everyday life.
The Karmic Clearing treatment was the jumpstart to this realization. That treatment alone, was worth more than words can express!
I have revisted this program again to run through it, and more and more blocks were cleared. Now I am at the point where I am more heart centered focused and the vision of my path moving forward is crystal clear.
